My Yoga Journey
I began doing yoga in the early 2000s at home as a casual practice. I moved into a more formal setting when I went to college, however anxiety, comparison, and self doubt kept me off the mat for a very long time.
When both my children began going to school, I found myself with extra time to devote to self care and healing. It was during this time I realized I was ready to heal old wounds through movement and decided to once again return to the mat. Almost instantly I knew that this was where I was meant to be. As I moved through my own healing journey, I felt the call to share that same healing with others and my path led me to begin my Yoga Teacher Training.
I have found healing, confidence, and growth through yoga. I want to share that with people of all ages in all stages of their lives. I am so happy that you are here and honored you are sharing your journey with me.

Kids + Family
At The Growing Garden Kids and Family Yoga, I encourage students of all ages to stretch and get silly through mindful yoga poses to be enjoyed together or individually. I focus on teaching a series of poses that are a great foundation to build on as yogis big and strong grow and strengthen your practice.

Adult Mindfulness
The Growing Garden Adult Mindfulness Yoga focuses on alignment, breath, and the mind by combining traditional Hatha style with a modern day approach to mindset. These classes are the perfect way to connected deeper to your self physically and mentally.
